Job Brief:

We are seeking a responsible Operations Executive to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Operations Manager in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to. Proactively, gather site findings to find the best resolution to prevent work distribution to Customer business.

The Operations Executive's responsibilities include working closely with our Operations Manager on developing procedures, including brainstorming improvements needed on site, and meeting the time frame of individual task schedules. • Collect, compile, verify, input a total number of OT hours into a spreadsheet for 3 clients, and submit overtime of workers to OM/OD by the 5th of every month.
• Arranging Medical/all-required tests for 3 clients Once a year when HR prompted around August or September every year, Estimate time 5 hours.

What you will do

• Maintaining inventory levels to support production and inventory targets through MRP, Min-Max and Kanban planning
• Work with RMC/Science Team to resolve raw material lot specification outliers to optimize inventory use

Who you are

• Bachelors degree and 1 year of supply chain experience

Job Description

• Providing secretarial, administrative, and personal support to MD.
• Conduct weekly diary meeting with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests (e.g. meeting appointments, travel schedule, and travel arrangements).
• Schedule and manage meetings on behalf of MD, between him and his direct reports and the committees and group to which he is a member.
• Assist MD to follow up on tasks assigned to subordinates and managing MD’s appointment.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the MD by redirecting and taking forward such contacts as appropriate.
• Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.
