Design development and production of FF&E packages for tender and construction.

Development of design concepts including material palattes, fabrics, furniture selections.

Prepare presentation design development drawings, sketch perspectives, elevations, sections and color boards including 2d renderings.

Prepare documentation to tender purpose which will include CAD drawings, FF&E specifications.

Coordinate with the lighting designer, other consultants including owners and contractors. Site supervision, conduct site inspection, design brief when required.

The Community Growth Strategist will play a key role in expanding ISCA’s outreach and engagement with educational institutions. Reporting to the Community Growth Lead, the incumbent will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives that increase awareness of accountancy as a career choice and foster relationships with students and educators. This role is crucial in driving the growth of ISCA’s student membership and ensuring a strong pipeline of future Chartered Accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing outreach activities at educational institutions, including career talks, fairs, and other events.
• Collaborate with representatives from educational institutions to support initiatives that promote accountancy and ISCA's programs.
• Maintain effective communication channels with ISCA Student Members, ensuring consistent engagement.
• Support content creation and curation for student and stakeholder communications, coordinating with industry speakers and other departments.
• Manage the distribution of study awards, sponsorships, and book prizes to students, ensuring alignment with ISCA’s goals.
• Monitor and analyse community engagement metrics, preparing reports for senior management to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Liaise with the central marketing team to ensure the outreach strategies are aligned with the broader organisational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business development, outreach marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in or with the accountancy education sector or in a related field focused on outreach and partnership development.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in interior design/facility management/project management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably with work experience in designing in the F&B industry or regional capacity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• A passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Experience in managing contractors, vendors, partners, and internal teams such as operations and marketing.
