• Lead the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and work with engineering to address issues.
• Ensure staff are properly trained according to production standards, including overtime.

Job Requirement:

• ATE Test Program Design and Development for new products (Production and Characterization Test)
• Design/Develop Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard
