Job Description

1. Whole Shop operation management and reporting to shareholders for monthly sales turnover.
2. Employment management for retaining employees.
3. Planning for the customer management.

Requirements

1. Must have minimum 20 years F&B shop working experiences.
2. Must have minimum 20 years F&B shop management experiences.
3. Prefer to have good communication skills.
4. High Japanese language abilities (Speaking, Reading & Writing) are required as the language for reporting to shareholders are all in Japanese languages.
5. Prefer to have hospitality industry experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Implements financial and accounting best practices and oversees critical accounting procedures to ensure legal compliance with financial reporting and banking regulations at the local, state, and federal level.
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve investment and accounting goals.
• Reviews financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly.
• Collects and analyzes data to prepare financial forecasts and suggest strategies to address challenges and leverage strengths.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency.
• Reviews and processes payments made to clients, vendors, and other business partners.
• Looks for ways to cut costs without impairing the long-term financial health of the organization.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Executes revisions and updates to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate the expansion and scaling of the business and increase transparency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree in Accountancy
• 5 – 7 years relevant working experience preferred
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Creation and maintenance of requirements documents and requirements management.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support to the 3rd party manufacturer, addressing any mechanical engineering-related issues that may arise during production.

Quality Operation

• Collaborate with the manufacturer to establish and maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring the consistency and reliability of our products.

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the manufacturing workflow.

Problem Solving

• Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering challenges, preventing or minimizing production delays and defects.

Product Improvement

• Work closely with the design and development teams to implement design changes and improvements that enhance product quality and manufacturability.

Investment audit & asset management support

• Coordinate investment audit in close collaboration with other functions and conduct periodic physical asset inspection. Support annual inventory check if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or a related field, Master's Degree of Mechanical Engineering is plus
• Min. 5 years in EMS (Electronic device assembly) with excellent understanding of overall supply chain, manufacturing technology, process set-up, process validation and SOP support.
• Open to travel once a week to nearby country (Can be a day trip or overnight trip)
• Prior experience in SMALL DEVICES such as earpods/ smart watch/ from electronic devices ( wearable electronic devices )
• R&D and Manufacturing Production Supervision Experience
