5. Supplier and Ingredient Quality Management:Evaluate and ensure that all raw materials, including dairy and flavoring agents, meet strict quality standards. Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality ingredients.
   
6. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive records for all quality control processes, inspections, and corrective actions in compliance with local regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit reports on production quality and compliance to internal management and regulatory bodies, including the SFA. Coordinate audits and ensure that all documentation complies with local and international standards.
   
7. Innovation and Best Practices: Keep up-to-date with trends in the food industry and integrate innovative practices in ice cream production and quality control. Implement industry best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
   

Qualifications:

   Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage shipments, export documentation, and regulatory compliance.
   Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.
   
4. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for international markets.
   Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets, set prices, and track international payment processes.
   Support and train sales staff or distributors in different regions to ensure alignment with company objectives.
   
5. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export control laws.
   Keep updated on changes in export laws, tariffs, and trade policies that may impact business operations.
   

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on export or international markets. Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is preferred.
• Skills:Strong understanding of international trade and export procedures.
