We have an exciting new opportunity for a Commercial & Growth Associate/Manager to join our growing office in Singapore, covering the Asia Pacific region.
Skyports Drone Services is a leading drone services company with permissions to fly BVLOS in 13 countries offering cargo deliveries as well as inspections and surveillance services. We operate long-range autonomous flights in complex environments and manages the drones, technology, regulations and pilots required for any flight.
We are a diverse team with employees and offices in the UK, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North and South America.
The Role
We are rapidly expanding our pipeline of opportunities across various industries and geographies and are preparing to aggressively scale our offerings in drone deliveries, surveys, and surveillance sectors.
We are looking for a person to lead or support in growing opportunities by executing competitive bids and proposals. This role will provide an opportunity for you to build your own relationships in the industry, enabling you to grow both personally and professionally while contributing to Skyports' continued expansion.
To be successful in this role, you should be a commercially minded, analytical professional with work experience in fast-growing start-ups, consulting, or banking. Role and Responsibilities
The role involves carrying out Skyports' bids and proposals, assisting in the design and implementation of the go-to-market strategy, and cultivating relationships with both new and existing customers.
This includes:
·        Prepare bid and proposal material for blue-chip companies and government entities
·        Design and set up new business opportunities across the Asia Pacific region
·        Conduct analysis to inform go-to-market strategy
·        Research customer needs and monitor industry developments
·        Reporting and performance analysis
·        Travel at short notice
·        Experience in growth, strategy/consulting/banking or business development, preferably in a technical setting
·        It would be beneficial to have an interest or background in the aviation sector
·        Right to work in Singapore
·        Able to travel up to 50% of working time
