Job Description:

-Perform set-ups, operates and maintains the printing machines with minimum downtime and interventions

-Follow production schedules and ensure printing output is met

-Perform Quality inspect for the materials and the finished products in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)

-Troubleshoot equipment issues and work closely with maintenance team in solving equipment malfunctions and abnormalities

-Maintain and updating of printing records (finished product are recorded accordingly and timely)

-Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the production floor and machine

-Process and crop/edit of photos received for the day

-Do day end closing

-Generate daily production reports for signing

-Other duties / ad hoc task as assigned by Supervisor

The primary job responsibility of the Production Department Manager is to ensure efficient and effective production operations through optimising resource allocation, monitoring production metrics, and implementing process improvements to maximise productivity and minimise waste.
