Job Requirements:

Manage and perform a portfolio of internal investigations and anti-corruption reviews of Emerson divisions in Asia Pacific independently or in a supervisory role. 1. Manage and perform Investigation (70%)

Manage a portfolio of ethics cases and carry out investigations independently or in a supervisory role.

· Review and perform preliminary assessment of ethics allegations received. Prepares responses to informants.

· Formulate investigation approach & strategy.

· Perform investigations and conduct interviews.

· Liaise with internal and external parties for expert advice/input e.g. legal.

· Document findings with appropriate evidence and draft report.

2. Train and develop staff (20%)
