POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader! As the Sales Manager, you will work directly with the founder & General Manager to lead and manage the brand’s offline sales operations. You will be developing and executing on offline sales strategy to drive growth and profitability. You will build a high-performing sales team through hiring, training, and leading. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to effectively meet the company's strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
• Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
• Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Preparing financial projections and sales targets
• Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
• Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
• Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Recruit sales personnel, set objectives, train and coach them and monitor their performance
• Ensure that Sales target are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of offline Sales experience from ecommerce or retail background, with experience leading a sales team

Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Understand the overall business and marketing strategy and create a marketing plan

• Budget: Manage budget and report on the marketing spend.

• Team Management: Manage, lead and motivate a marketing team of 3 to 5.

• Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, product management and the central marketing team to ensure there is buy in to future marketing campaigns and resources are maximised.

• Technical: Work ensure sales and marketing are working in unison.

• Marketing Analysis: Analyse and report on traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:
