The Video Production Intern Role:

Sgcarmart is looking for a Video Production Intern to support the Stories & Branded Content team (SBC) in producing car review videos and car-related content for Singapore’s largest automotive on YouTube, with more than 400,000 views a month!

During this internship, you will have hands-on opportunities to learn and put into practice essential video production skills such as ideation, storytelling, pre-production, filming, editing, publishing, and using data analytics to track and improve performance. Requirements:

· Current Diploma or Degree student in Videography / Media Production / Film Production or relevant disciplines

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

· Basic knowledge in operating Sony Alpha cameras for filming

About the role:

The Production Engineer (HSE) is responsible for overseeing daily operations and project safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and driving continuous safety improvements. This role involves managing risk assessments and ensuring occupational safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations as an HSE Production Engineer, ensuring safety across both daily operations and construction projects at the site.
• Manage the HSE aspects of operations, including risk assessments, Hazop studies for new modifications, changes to operating procedures, and site construction activities.
• Review and identify high-risk activities in the process operations based on Hazop studies, and hold regular meetings with the production manager to develop plans for improving safety in these high-risk areas.
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure safe work procedures are followed in the process operations.
• Review and prioritize safety observation feedback based on risk levels, following up through the MOC process. Ensure improvement actions are tracked with records and timelines.
• Collaborate with project engineers, production teams, and maintenance coordinators to ensure safety-related projects are executed and completed on time.
• Review emergency and disaster prevention procedures, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with current operations.
• Lead and drive any additional HSE improvement projects or activities.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by superiors.
