Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events/activities to promote and increase mental health awareness as well as targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

The Programme Executive (CREST) is a support role who provides the daily administrative and operational support to the team, for the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. He/ She organizes the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of CREST services. He/ She may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Outreach to community in providing administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support and other CREST activities
• Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events with other community partners and agencies.
• Conduct screening for clients referred from other service partners and those at risk within the community with an agreed upon identification tool (AMT / EBAS / etc).
• Provide dementia/mental health awareness and information on managing dementia, coping strategies for all clients reached out, including those identified to be at risk, and their caregivers.
• Provide basic emotional support to all clients or caregivers of persons with dementia/metal health or at risk of dementia/mental health issues.
• Assist Social Workers in monitoring assigned clients and to follow-up on client needs until the handover is completed.
• Coordinate care support to client where necessary.
• In-charge of timely data collation and quarterly report submission, as well as generate reports, in accordance to the CREST programme.
• Store and maintain data and documents, in accordance to the CREST programme requirement, as well as the prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
• Plan, develop, and conduct home-based or centre-based cognitive stimulation engagement activities for CREST client and their caregiver.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a diploma certification or relevant social service certification.
• Non-Diploma holder with social service experience will be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community service sector.
• Outgoing and sociable personality with keen interest to work with people on one-to-one basis or centre-based group activity.
• A well-organised, meticulous team player who can also work independently.

• Be the integrator and key point of contact for cyber security policies, standards, guidelines and control libraries development and maintenance while facilitating engagement and collaboration with various stakeholders in public healthcare sector.

• Be the voice for the team from a sectoral cyber security perspective when evaluating stakeholders’ requirements, expectation, and interaction.

• Engage and drive alignment with both Synapxe and MOHH entities’ stakeholders including but not limited to CIOs, CISOs and other functional leaders.

• Facilitate roll out of campaigns on policies, risk management framework and assessment methodology.

• Drive cybersecurity policies adherence program and innovation to instill cyber risk awareness culture in making decisions.

• Evaluate evolving risk trend, posture and changing threat landscape and take a proactive approach to ensure our policies, standards, guidelines and control libraries remain relevant and fit-for-purpose.

• Own the development and continuously improve on the Public Healthcare cybersecurity policies socialization campaign.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and changes regulations.

• Maintain effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and regulators to seamlessly integrate the policy adherence into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the sector.

• Demonstrate your domain expertise; you are expected to further your own knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, presenting, and supporting a continuous learning culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with over 15 years of experience.

• Recognized industry leading certifications in relevant areas such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, and GIAC certifications

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in policy, standard and guideline implementation in cyber security and technology risk domain

• Solid technical writing and attention to details.

• Working knowledge on well-recognized frameworks & standards such as IM8, NIST CSF, COBIT5/2019, and ISO27000 series

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of Financial Operations
• Deliver accurate and timely financial projections, forecasts, and analysis of relevant financial and operational information as required for the Management’s team
• Utilize data analysis and leverage business intelligence to make informed organizational decisions
• Work with all teams and operations to help optimize financial performance and efficiencies and evaluate current spending to drive resource optimization
• Maintain internal control, balance sheet reviews and monthly closing process
• Develop and ensure financial controls are followed in accordance with company / HQ procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance preferably in a IT company
• Ability to speak, read and write Korean to communicate with HQ located in Korea and business associates
• High level of integrity and dependability

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the team to provide programme support for transnational couples, couples in early marrige or preparing for marriage. This include events planning and coordinating workshops that cater to the unique needs of transnational families and young couples aged between 18 to 24. Responsibilities include:

• Events planning and implementation based on client needs
• Provide administrative support for events and workshops
• Plan manpower roster for programme
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
