The Assistant Director of Innovative Finance Lab (IFL, formerly known as the Hatchery and it

is currently in the renaming process), Capital Mobilisation (CM) is a new role that has been

established to:

1. Respond to the emerging need to innovate with ecosystem players in targeting

financing gaps to address SDG targets and to explore new ways of mobilising capital

for development, and to

2. Coordinate internal operational programme management activities, especially in

terms of efficient functioning of internal management information systems including

The incumbent will report to the Chief, Capital Mobilisation Officer at AVPN, ensuring that

all programmes are managed to the highest standards in the industry. The role holder will

What you will do:

a) As the head of the Innovative Finance Lab:

● You will lead the process of planning and executing strategies for the Innovative

Finance Lab under AVPN Capital Mobilisation (CM) portfolio.

● Coordinate with other team members to identify opportunities for further

exploration.

● Assume leadership role for the successful execution of a cohort of interventions,

selected in consultation with the Chief, Capital Mobilisation.

b) As a critical member of the CapMob team, you will

● Work closely with other senior team members and the Chief, Capital Mobilisation to

deliver the CapMob strategy successfully.

● Closely monitor the use of CapMob team resources in achieving its strategic goals as

agreed and approved by the Management.

● Assist Chief, Capital Mobilisation in monitoring budget and financial performances of

the team’s programmes.

• Drive content marketing - partner with the Content Marketing team to layout and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including industry-specific whitepapers

You have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10+ years experience in Marketing (ideally B2B) and familiarity with both online and offline channels

Job Description:

-Support appropriate business operations of the company as the ENEOS Group's main overseas group company, and initiatives to improve the efficiency of business operations.

-Assist the Managing Director's mission from the perspective of administration function, and at the same time, coordinate with other Deputy Managing Directors and department heads to ensure that the Managing Director's intentions are disseminated throughout the company.

-Ensure the implementation of accounting/finance operations, which are increasing with the expansion of business volume, and ensure the execution of "closing" and "budgeting," which are the pillars of corporate management.

-Contribute to "profit realization and preventing loss of profits and damages" by identifying risks and proposing countermeasures in accounting and legal aspects for new transactions and business models initiated by other departments.

-Strengthen governance by improving the knowledge/awareness of "compliance" among employees as well as management.

-Contribute to the identification and development of future management personnel and high-level professionals by paying attention to the human resources in the company.

-Improve business efficiency from an IT perspective.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent is required.

At least 20 years of relevant experience in oil trading / oil and gas industries.

At least 20 years work experience in an administration function (legal, finance, administration or human resources).

Have experience as a management of the company.

Good knowledge of business management regarding legal, finance, administration and human resources.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Ability to communicate in fluent English to communicate with colleague and clients well.

Ability to speak and write in fluent Japanese language is required to communicate and negotiate with Japanese speaking associates and clients and to report to headquarter managements and employees in Japan who cannot speak and write in English well.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a strategic mind.

Meticulous with good communication and presentation skill.

An effective team player who is innovative and forward thinking.
