Objectives of this role

• Drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products
• Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process
• Craft a product vision (short- and long-term) and convert it to concrete strategy
• Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities
• Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build roadmaps that will be reflected in the company's broader portfolio planning
• Develop and implement pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT to manage roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring that IT delivers capabilities on time and per expectation
• Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
• Partner with executive team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues
• Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
• Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors
• Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement

Required skills and qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in digital product management or similar role
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
• Experience in usability and customer-focused design
• Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field
• Experience with SQL queries and with back-end and front-end programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS

We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager, based in Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing business plans, defining market strategies, taking the lead in active acquisition and management of HNW/UHNW clients and driving sustainable profitable growth in the corresponding market;
• Provide market insights, identify business opportunities in the corresponding market and take the lead in leveraging RFO’s resources to provide bespoke services and creative solutions to clients;
• Report directly to Managing Partner. Collaborate with other senior stakeholders, the investment and support functions, business partners and product/service team to ensure the delivery of business strategy;
• Understand clients and clients’ associates’ background and drive the Know Your Customer due diligence as a first line of defence, to fulfil related compliance and RFO’s internal requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management within private banking and/or wealth management;
• Solid track record in asset development, asset growth and revenue generation
• Capable of developing and executing a reasonable business plan with growth vision;
• Extensive market connections and thorough understanding of the market landscape, macro regulatory environment and culture of the South East Asia market;
• Proven leadership skills and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong client service and problem-solving mentality, able to swiftly identify and adapt to clients’ changing needs;
• Fluent in spoken English and highly advantages if you are able to converse fluently in Korean as the role is required to handle Korean speaking clients.
• Valid RNF in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of assigned properties including service contracts, supervision of addition and alteration works and implementation of any maintenance, capital works and special projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate/ Property Management or equivalent.
• Possess minimum 8 years of related working experience.
• Willing to travel out of Singapore occasionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
• Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team.
