This role is to manage the commercial operations of the company’s business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory through direct sales and the agent’s and distributor’s sales force as well as to implement the strategy of the company.

Based in Southeast Asia, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager based in Singapore and the Customer Service team. The key responsibility is to drive profitable growth, commercial and technical excellence, and to deliver the sales budget of the personal care and pharmaceutical ingredients and directly manage the agents and distributors in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the agents and distributors business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory.

Qualification

• Technical degree i.e., Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy. Candidate with an MBA or PhD in the related fields would be an added advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial and technical experience in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries

• Strong command of the English language; knowledge of one or more regional language is a plus, preferably Korean.

• Supply chain manager is primarily responsible for four areas in supply chain such as Procurement (sourcing & purchasing), Shipping (import/export), Warehouse and Logistics Management.

• Prepare necessary SCM Reports for the Team and as per CD Requirements for the Local Management Meeting addressing the Department's Performance.
• Prepare an Annual budget for the Department in-collaboration with CD.
• Conduct ISO internal process audit as and when it's needed.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by CD.

About The Performance Management Function and Team

This role sits within the Strategy, PMO and Performance Management for APAC Contract Logistics business. • Main point of contact for contract management process in alignment with global SOP
