- plan and procure and engage with Onsite Mechanical team for implementation of Mechanical control systems and procedures including selection of product and order arrangement for delivery and arrival planning and shipments and/or freight charges, responsible for onsite deployment and setup schedule to be provided to client.

- Variable Refrigeration volume (VRV) , Procurement , pricing and purchasing and Quotation including installation , control panel synchronizing and arrangement for approval Testing.

- Site survey and Quotation, Construction quality and manage safety management systems.

- Negotiations with client, engagement suppliers and contractors.

- Plan, monitoring , maintenance contracts, defects period management and progressive update and reporting.

- Understanding on procedure for M&E systems testing and commissioning project management accreditation / testimonial and onsite management systems.

- To perform necessary onsite duties as an when directed by the company.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales/business development team to understand customer requirements and use cases

- Conduct POC, demo, testing and setup of security system and video analytics

- Process knowledge of basic security technology including video analytics and application scenarios

- Manage and execute new/existing projects

- Collaborate with product teams to address specific customer needs and feedback

- Design and propose security technology solutions tailored to different verticals

- Process market knowledge in physical security industry for verticals ie. transportation, commercial building, hospitality, etc.

- Forward looking in term of industry/technology trend to improve business portfolio

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline

- Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into

technical solutions

- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in robotic/physical security

- Process negotiation, networking, presentation, project management, market analysis, strategic skill will be an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

The HRS Specialist will need to

• Support project management within HR Services team, including system testing, communications, documentations, for payroll, leave management system migration project and any other digitalisation projects.
• Prepare and conduct employee communications sessions related to change management plans and user experience trainings.
• Create/maintaining an updated HR Knowledge database; a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts as it relates to the improvement of efficiency or service level for any HR process or interaction.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects with minimal supervision; follow through tasks assigned and issues in a timely manner.
• Perform payroll checking within stipulated timeframe.
• Serving as primary HR contact and develop strong relationship with key stakeholders.
• Any adhoc projects/tasks assigned.
