Operation:

• To assist with all departments when necessary
• To assume responsibility for the running of the Hotel in the absence of senior management

Take over project from Design/Marketing

1. Project Planning

• Collate and submit Fire Safety Certificate to client and landlord

5. Collection of Payment

• Update claims and submit Variation Orders claims for client's endorsement.

Required Qualifications
