The successful candidate will manage and supervise the installation of electrical systems in data centers, ensuring all work meets project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the installation of electrical systems in data centers, ensuring compliance with project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Technical Supervision: Supervise subcontractors during the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, UPS, and generators.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical installations meet quality and safety standards, as well as project-specific requirements.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during installation, troubleshooting electrical systems as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Testing and Commissioning: Support the testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems to ensure proper operation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including technical reports, installation documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and standards, as well as the company’s internal safety policies.

Requirements:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  At least 1 year of direct experience working on data center/oil&gas projects
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, UPS, and generators.
• Project Skills: Proven experience in managing subcontractors and project timelines, with a focus on quality and safety.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and stakeholders.

• Tracking projects status and follow-up with team for the action items
• In-charge of project team timesheets and keep tarck of billing status
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating issued sales and purchase related documents (invoice)
• Responsible of general administration function
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
• Daily update in Google Spreadsheet
• Stock taking
• Administrative works about general workers
• Submission for project documents to related parties
