The function of the Human Resource Manager role is to shape the performance and development systems for all employees across the various centres of Catholic Preschool Education. He/She will be aligning and supporting talent frameworks including performance management, succession planning and workforce/human resource planning whilst guiding and managing Human Resources services for the organisation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

· Prior management experience required
