In charge of day to day running of the salon, increasing sales and training of junior hair stylist. Must have at least 3 years of hair dressing experience and 1 year of leading teams within the hair and beauty arena. Responsible to calculate and bank in daily takings and monitoring of staff performance.

• Drawing up, coordination, operational performance of purchase contracts with company’s entities and third party contracts (service providers);

• Operational performance, coordination, running and supervision of sales contracts for different commodities;

• Drawing up, coordination, running, supervision and improvement of contractual transportation terms and conditions for Asia Pacific and Middle East trading;

• Control and supervision of handling operations of the goods at loading and discharging ports as well as railway transportation to cross-border stations;

• Warehousing, stock levels control and analysis, inventory of the goods;

• Quality control and inspection of the goods;

• Shipping planning and arrangements of sea transportation (vessels’ nominations, fixtures, Charter-Parties, transshipments, post-fixing);

• Planning, control and optimization of transportation costs for Asia Pacific region (r.w. forwarding companies, loading & discharging ports, shipowners, survey, insurance);

• Analytical reports to management about transportation and handling costs

Good business knowledge of English, both written and verbal;

Fluency in Russian is a must;

3. Facilitate placement process, including recommending suitable candidates to clients and scheduling interviews between clients and candidates.

4. Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating clear and effective communication.

5. Possess data analysis skills to identify trends, assess the success of placement strategies and make data-driven decisions.

6. Ensure background checks, verify references and authenticity of candidates' documentation are done by the team

7. Ensure accurate records of candidates and client information are done by the team

8. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain client records and track interactions.

9. Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for tasks such as creating reports, managing spreadsheets, and communicating with clients.

• Accountable for planning, coordinating, and developing the clinical practice within the nursing unit.
• Identify, plan and facilitate staff needs in order to provide a platform for professional development.
• Assist and support the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day operations, improvements, and developments of clinical nursing services.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse under Singapore Nursing Board
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certified
• At least 5 years of experience in the ILTC/General Ward Setting
