Main Duties:
● Assist Project Manager in the preparation of project Capex, budget estimation and cost allocation. Assist in monitoring the budget tracking and report to Project Manager.
● Preparation of procurement plans, schedule and tracking of project procurement progress.
● Assist in Preparation of technical specification, bill of materials, RFQ for purchase of equipment, components or services required for the project.
● Coordination with procurement regarding supply and vendor issues. May work with vendors on behalf of procurement.
● Assist in Preparation technical compilation and evaluation of vendors quotation.
● Preparation of documents required by the purchasing department to issue PO or matters related to purchasing and Facilitate the purchase order until PO issuance from the purchasing department.
● Prepare and monitor the procure items tracking and ensure getting periodic
updates/reports and on time delivery.
● Tracking of vendors / contractors claims, ensures that the claim quantity is accurate as per contract or PO.
● Tracking of Variation Orders (VO’s) and Coordinate with the procurement team regarding the change order.
● Lead the procurement meetings with vendors if needed.
● Prepares weekly or monthly procurement status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
● Maintains product and company reputation by complying with state and company policy and regulations.
● Contributes to project team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Able to work independently/ with minimum supervision.
● Willing to work late or during weekends when required.
Required Experience:
● Minimum of 2 yrs experience working in Semiconductor industries.
● Experience working at equipment and components procurement, coordination with vendors/suppliers OEM related to procurement or equivalent experience.
● With experience in giving inputs in purchasing technical specifications for equipment or components and good understanding of the tendering process and contract.
Required Skills:
● Proficiency in technical writings and good presentation skills.
● Proficient to read and understand engineering plan drawings and come up with procurement specifications Bill of material or Technical Specifications.
● Proficient with Google Workspace Platform (Google Sheet,Docs,Slides) application or equivalent.
● Familiar with Singapore and international codes /Regulations related piping, construction.
Qualifications:
● Minimum Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, chemical or equivalent engineering education.
● Willing to work at various outdoor construction sites.
● Well versed in autocad drawings to draw P&ID and SLD. Able to understand the P&ID and draw as per process requirements.
