PROFITABILITY/MARKET LEADERSHIP - PERFORMANCE EVALUATION/OPTIMIZATION:

• Monitor CP Singapore performance and plan execution and recommend course corrections when required
• Set financial and market share targets for the team and hold the team accountable for delivering against the budget and any other KPIs or targets
• Manage the overall profitability of the subsidiary with special focus on optimizing the ROI of trade spend (GTN) and non-variable overheads (NVO)
• Report CP Singapore’s strategic plans, commercial activities & business results to the CP hub Leadership Team / APAC Division and relevant stakeholders

PEOPLE/LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:

• Provide personal leadership, coaching and feedback to the CP Singapore team
• Complete annual performance reviews and work with employees to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs); identify high-performing and high-potential employees and provide career opportunities for growth
• Manage all hiring, in conjunction with the hub-based Human Resources team, and periodically review and prepare recommendations to optimize the organizational structure

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
