Requirements

Job scope

1. Preparation and submission of M&E tenders, including reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates and project timelines.
2. Taking charge on M&E QS related matters and responsible from tender to pre-contract and post contract administration duties.
3. Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultant, attend site visit and tender briefings/meetings.
4. Responsible for interpretation of specifications, compliances, review of tender drawings for any discrepancies and any other relevant document.

6. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with tender submissions and develop mitigation strategies.

10. Involve in project write up such as understanding scope of work, manpower histogram, programs and project schedule using Microsoft Project software.
