About the Job:
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual as our Senior Project Consultant / Project Consultant. This role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience and continuously learn and grow in a supportive environment. The Project Consultant reports to the Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities
· Support implementation of Human Resources System through management of project schedule, system setup, troubleshooting during implementation as well as providing Go-live and Post-live support.
· Collaborate with clients on gathering business requirements for system implementation.
· Develop and manage project plans, timelines and deliverables.
· Configure software solutions to meet clients’ specifications.
· Troubleshoot and provide resolutions to clients on system issues.
· Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
· Assist with demonstration of Human Resources System as and when needed.
· Manage and handle CRM-user support tickets.
· Maintain technical documentation, user manuals etc
· Conduct Human Resources System training.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
· Preferably 3-5 years’ experience.
· Candidates with prior experience in Human Resources System (such as BIPO, Prosoft, Cornerstone, Workday etc) implementation would be an advantage.
· Meticulous and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
· Possess sense of urgency and is resourceful and proactive in resolving clients’ issues.
· Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
