Responsibilities
a. Involve in various stages of the systems development life cycle, adopting waterfall, agile or hybrid implementation methodology.
b. Perform work planning and budgeting. E.g., review and write approval papers.
c. Plan, lead and manage project delivery (inhouse or outsource). E.g.:
· Involve in procurement (e.g., Call RFP/ITQ, evaluate vendors’ proposal).
· Manage and work closely with various stakeholders (e.g., end users, senior management, and external vendor).
· Conduct user requirement gathering sessions for the implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
· Manage project based on the project plan and timeline to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameter of cost, duration, and quality.
· Mitigate project risks.
d. Understand procurement, system, and security policy to ensure compliance during project implementation/maintenance period.
e. Evaluate new solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
f. Coach team members.
Requirements
a. Degree/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
b. Minimal 10 years’ experience in project management.
c. Minimal 7 years’ experiences in providing data warehouse or analytics solutions.
d. Commercial cloud certification (e.g., AWS practitioner, solution architect).
e. Good self-organization and project management skill.
f. Experience in senior stakeholder management and maintaining professionalism in communication.
g. Experience in any Data Management, Business Intelligence or Analytics tools.
h. Experience in negotiation and execution of contracts with vendors.
i. Ability to manage/influence users, vendors, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
j. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
k. Worked in a government agency or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
l. Exposure to hospital information / clinical systems is an added advantage.
