Job Scope:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued

Job Scope

• Manage EPC projects ranging from USD 3 million to USD 30 million and above, ensuring high-quality delivery within schedule and budget
• Lead tendering activities for EPC projects, including developing strategies to win bids
• Conduct contract reviews, perform risk assessments, and develop contingency plans
• Organize proposal and project task forces, allocating resources effectively to meet project requirements
• Define project execution strategies and establish policies for quality, safety, cost, and timelines
• Review, monitor, and analyze project operations to ensure alignment with goals
• Oversee project insurance, liabilities, warranties, and approvals for financial control plans
• Evaluate and approve cost alternatives and deviations, considering their impact on budget, schedule, and quality

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred, with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong multidisciplinary technical knowledge, particularly in basic process design and P&ID
• Familiarity with project management principles, front-end engineering, and project planning tools
• Proven track record in managing EPC projects within the oil, gas, and petrochemical sector

As a Category Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for developing Category Strategy with respective internal partners and stakeholders. You will be conducting strategic sourcing initiatives, plan and execute negotiations using supplier and industry analysis, benchmark and cost management. Through management of the category strategy, you will also be building trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders, driving best in class, cost, supply and resilience.

Responsibilities:

Category Management & Strategic Sourcing

• Develop and implement Category Strategy
• Perform Market analysis including supplier landscape, capabilities and technology roadmaps
• Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal setting to improve value such as high revenue, spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, customer services and supplier management

Business Partnering

• Partner with Customers to deliver Strategic Solutions for the assigned categories
• Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key partners
