Job Description

• Responsible for liaising with Vendors within the approved vendor list (AVL) regarding Spares Purchase, Subcontracting Repair Job and Sourcing
• Manage and process all parts that required to send to outhouse, raising purchase orders (PO) to approved vendor
• Monitor, evaluate and conduct vendor performance
• Co-ordinate and expedite the repair job, liaise with vendors on shipment or discrepancies as well as invoice queries
• Develop and build strategic partnership with vendors
• Liaising with Engineering to update the repair service number in the system (SAP) when there is a new repair service for the parts
• Managing and raising of ePR orders for Supply Planning related purchase

Qualification/Experience

Job Description

• Manage site Facility Management and Health Safety & Environment (FMHSE) to meet Safety Quality Cost Delivery People (SQCDP) Key Performance Indicators.
• Work with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) within the Operating System to continuously improve performance and strengthen culture.
• Provide FM/HSE technical inputs in the procurement of products, services and administration of contracts.
• Conduct FMHSE incident investigation and/or validate completed investigation root cause and submission of the required reports.
• Implement the FMHSE audit and inspection plan and conduct risk-based compliance checks to report on the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls.
• Ensure timely closure of FMHSE corrective and preventive actions from various drivers and evaluate/monitor for effective implementation.
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors/vendors and ensure works/services delivery are completed on time, as per contract requirements and complying with controls identified in risk assessments.
• Support the HSEF strategy and undertake the role/tasks appointed.
• Perform the role of FSM and/or WSHC or WSHO, as required and lead/support internal and external certification audits (e.g., ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO50001).
• Assist in facilities preventive and breakdown maintenance work for Hard and Soft Services
• Note: This role may require travelling between SAESL sites (Calshot, Loyang and CK warehouse).

Qualification/Experience

• Diploma/ Degree in HSE/Facilities/ Building management or Engineering or equivalent. WSH and Fire Safety Manager certification (WSHO preferred). Candidates currently pursuing qualifications may apply.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Good knowledge and understanding of WSH and building industry regulations.
• Knowledge and experience in the development and application of IT in building management or infrastructure software systems. An effective team player with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills.

You will have both shift and regular hours responsibilities, including:

• Duty manager and overall shift in-charge of the daily attractions & mall operations; organise the service partners and oversee the key deliveries in service, safety, security & experience.
• Lead for assigned attractions, guest engagement and/or operational portfolios, develop continual improvement plans, champion and implement related initiatives.
• Drive new operational/ experiential trials and projects.
• Feedback management, stakeholder management, events planning.

Requirements

• Experienced in orchestrating multi-faceted operations in the attraction or hospitality sector.
• Conversant in customer engagement, process improvement and multi-stakeholder management.
• Possesses critical & analytical thinking, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
• Quick-witted and able to handle escalated issues, business disruption and service recovery with composure.
• Strong team leader who can command the shift and harness the support & strength of other business partners to achieve core operational targets and desired guest experience.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.
