Purpose of Position

The individual in this position reports to the HOD and contributes to the administration of the programme. The individual in this position will assist in the administrative and secretarial support to the Department. He/she will also be the main liaison for public enquiries and all incoming referrals. He/she is responsible for providing administrative support to the Department and preparing monthly reports required by the funders, governing authorities, audit and sponsors to ensure the timely submission of the documents. Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium (APODDC) was formed to foster education and collaboration between key stakeholders of cancer drug development within the Asia Pacific region, thereby improving treatment access to patients. APODDC drives regional activities in collaboration with institutions in the region and industry partners.

ATORG and APODDC operate centrally under the Clinical Trials and Epidemiological Sciences (CTE) division in National Cancer Centre Singapore.

The Senior / Executive will mainly organise events for ATORG and APODDC . The types of events include, but are not limited to, virtual, hybrid and in-person advisory board meetings, educational seminars and workshops.
