• Routine inspection of all outlet equipment to assure all are in proper working condition and prepare a list of equipment in need of repair and maintenance.
• Regular stock-taking to ensure sufficient supplies in restaurant/café for smooth operation.
• Plan staff roster based on outlet’s operational requirements.
• Supervise and support the operations of at least two restaurants/cafés.
• Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservations.

How you will contribute:

• Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, both in-store and via digital platforms, providing friendly and professional assistance.
• Educate customers on the unique benefits and transparent concept of Heveya® mattresses, explaining product features, materials, and health advantages.
• Manage after-sales inquiries, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any issues promptly.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, ensuring smooth communication between the customer, delivery team, and relevant departments.
• Complete any necessary after-sales administrative tasks, including order processing, returns, and warranty claims.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the Outlets at all times, ensuring that the store is well-presented and aligns with brand standards.
• Regularly inspect the Outlets for cleanliness and safety, making sure all products and displays are in optimal condition.
• Assist in managing and tracking inventory levels in the Outlets, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular stock audits and communicate any product shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
• Promote the Heveya® brand ethos by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and representing the company with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing strategies to enhance engagement and re-engagement, with a focus on organization’s email marketing, particularly the organization's newsletter.
• Identifying media opportunities, developing press releases, managing media at events, and coordinating paid advertorials.
• Organizing and managing a series of youth engagement roadshows across Singapore, including logistics, content creation, and on-site management.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to analyze performance, monitor campaigns, and generate monthly reports to assess marketing effectiveness.
• Leveraging analytics and social listening tools to improve campaign performance and understand youth trends.
• Providing general support for other ongoing tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
• Experience for big scale events, able to also deal with media agencies will be a huge advantage
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in communications or equivalent.
• Familiar with social media and/ or email marketing. Understanding of other digital marketing practices and platforms (eg. SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Analytics etc.) is a plus.
