• Coordinate with destination stations to obtain POD for Door-to-Door shipments.
• Maintain and update mandatory milestones in the Kewill track and trace system.
• Occasionally lift and shift cartons for cargo labeling.
• Inspect physical cargo to assess the need for any re-packing.
• Travel to customer locations or alternate work locations as required.
• Follow up with carriers/co-loaders regarding any off-loading.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding operations
• Good working experience in air cargo clearance permit declarations
• DG Certification would be an added advantage

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieving on the monthly sales targets, gather sales leads, building a database of potential clients and covert prospects into new clients.
