· Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/IT

· Min 2 year years relevant experience in Public Address System p

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all offices and locations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations.
• Develop annual budgets and financial plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with business operations, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
• Safeguard the company's assets and reputation through robust risk management practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a senior or leadership management position within relevant industry.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce
• Strong communication skills
