• Coordinate with the Contract team for any formal and informal changes made by Consultants.
• Coordinate with the Contract team for the proper sequence of sub-contract awards.

Requirements:

• At least a recognized Bachelor’s degree recognized by relevant bodies (e.g. LTA, P.E Board, etc)
• At least 10 years of design coordination experience.
• Civil Engineering and Consultant background in construction experience are highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and control activities of Design Members.
• Familiar with 2D and 3D Modelling management.
• Ability to multi-task, analyze and synthesize complex issues quickly.

Working day: Monday – Friday
Working Hour: 9am - 6pm
Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,000
Location: Tiong Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly Bank, AP & AR & fixed asset & inventory reconciliations.
• Reconcile monthly intercompany balances and transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing system and accurate accounting records.
• Responsible for processing all student receipts and refunds.
• Responsible for updating the receipt batch and prepare the necessary paperwork for banking and filing purposes.
• Reviewing student files for action.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of month end closing.
• Any other tasks, administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Microsoft D365 is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
• Experience in handling full spectrum of Accounts.
