The Responsibilities:

Accounts Payables

• Vendor Master Maintenance (Creation & Updates)
• Process supplier invoices, including verification of payment supporting documents (resolutions, delivery note, etc.)
• Recording and preparation of payments (GIRO, TT, Cheques)
• Process staff claims, including following-up where there are insufficient supporting documents
