If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Lorong Chuan.

Contract Period: from 1 January 2025 to 30 November 2025

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursday: 7 am to 4 pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7 am to 3.30 pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
• Duration of Service 10 months (1 Jan 2025 to 30 Nov 2025) but services Not Required for the month of June (1 June 2025 to 30 June 2025).

The service required are set out as follows :

• Plan and conduct ICT related training for staff and students.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will plan, design and conduct ICT baseline standards training for students from P1 to P6. He/she will also assist in the assessment of the students’ attainment of ICT skills. The ICT Executive cum Trainer will also conduct relevant ICT training for staff.

• Execute in-house ICT related design and editing work.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will conceptualise, design, layout and execute school-assigned design projects emulating current trends whilst maintaining creativity. School-assigned design and editing projects include: a.) Conceptualisation and consultation on school corporate image b.) Marketing and/or publicity materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, bookmarks, postcards, banners c.) School collaterals such as pupil diary, calendars and camp-shirts In-house publication such as school magazine. d.) Photo and video editing. e). Wall murals

• Provide ICT & AVA support for school events and programmes.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will support the school’s ICT department in handling day to day ICT management. He/she will also provide AVA support, inclusive of sound mixing, photography and video, for school events and corporate matters.

• Assist in management and maintenance of ICT & AVA equipment and resources.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will assist the HOD/ICT with managing the school’s ICT & AVA resources such as the replacement and condemnation of ICT & AVA equipment and the managing of loaning of ICT & AVA equipment.

• Assist in administration of school-based ICT related systems.

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will assist the HOD/ICT in the administration of school-based ICT systems such as the digital signage, timetabling software, OAS scanning system & Parent-Teacher Meeting booking system.

• Other Tasks

Other tasks for the ICT Executive cum Trainer may include proactively scanning the market for technology trends and new technology tools that support teaching and learning and, educate and update school staff.

Subject to exigency of service, the ICT Executive cum Trainer may be activated at times to work beyond the normal standard working hours. In the event that the ICT Executive cum Trainer is activated during these times, time off will be compensated to the ICT Executive cum Trainer.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Diploma level (IT-based)
• Good working knowledge of photo-editing, animation and website design
• Good working knowledge of computer and website programming, including C++, Java and XHTML
• Other certifications in ICT skills such as A+, CCNA, ACE, ACI or MCSE are welcome
• Experience in graphic design
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in conducting ICT training to students in primary or secondary school.
• Enjoy working with children

Responsibilities

Achieving Monthly Sales Targets:

• Source new projects from both new and existing subscribers.

The Administrative Executive will be responsible to the Centre Leader for all administrative details related to the day-to-day operations of the centre and provide customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Administration:

Support the centre with data entry of child transactions into Little Lives and ECDA CMS system. This includes:

• Child Transactions: Enrolment, Withdrawal, Transfer, Change of Program, Student Pass Application, Promotion of Children

• Subsidy applications in CMS for all new and existing cases

• Update of school fees changes in CMS at child level (yearly)

• Update of vacancy status in CMS

• Retrieval of documents for audit purpose

• Handles queries from existing and new parents and provide support whenever needed

• Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders such as ECDA subsidy officers, licensing officers, financial assistance officers to facilitate and resolve enrolment and subsidy/financial assistance application issues

• Responsible for proper storage of stationary and uniforms

• Perform general clerical duties

• Support operational work flow

• Upkeeping of children's P file

2. Enrolment:

• Maintaining a waiting list, calling parents up for enrolment when a vacancy arises

• Follow up with parents on the documents needed for enrolment

3. Finance:

• Issuing of ad-hoc invoices, e.g. first-time payment, uniforms purchase etc

• Checking of monthly fee invoices

• Follow-up on discrepancies for any over-payment or under-payment of subsidy as well as subsidies adjustments in CMS

• Petty cash handling

4. Customer Service

• Meet and greet parents, students and visitors at the school

• Provide proper information about school fees and programs

• Handle calls/emails/walk-ins enquiries from existing and new parents

• Taking charge of the centre's inbox

5. Procurement

• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationery, events, etc Prepare Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels with at least B4 in English and credit in a second language

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role

• Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different culture and languages

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work independently, multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
