Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to support the Distributors and the company in achieving business goals

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential

• Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Develop proposals for promotions, contests, and programs, supporting them with insights and financial analysis, to achieve KPIs.
• Manage diverse areas of communication and editorial calendars and coordinate with the various departments.
• Produce high-quality content by collaborating with product or area experts.
• Localize and lead regional and global collaterals—both digitally and in print—including simple graphic designs and video editing.
• Maintain all communication channels’ contents—intranet, email, website, social media
• Create and maintain sales tools to achieve business goals.
• Sourcing and maintaining the sales of existing/new logo merchandise.
• Prepare PowerPoint for presentations and reports for management.
• General admin duties and ad hoc projects
• Support all the sales and marketing events or activities in Singapore or overseas.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement feedback from superiors or teammates.
• Demonstrate understanding of project timeline and ability to collaborate across departments.

Additional

• Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights for USANA events, as required by business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

• Must possess a Diploma /Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Must be able to use Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas or Capcut.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Responsible, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated problem-solver with good time management and multi-tasking abilities to support various projects and brand needs.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
• Experience in performing video shooting & editing in different social media, is an advantage.
• Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.

Description

• Generate daily sales report and reconcile report with cashless service providers.

• Perform daily bookkeeping transactions for AP/AR.

• Maintain accurate entry postings, financial records and statements.

• Manage general ledger and update on audit schedule.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year end closing.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements.

• Handle reconciliation and inter-co transactions.

• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters.

• Analyse accounts transactions and provide accurate, timely GST reports for IRAS filing.

• Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agent and auditors.

• Liaise with government authorities and complete all government statistical surveys.

• Prepare monthly Management accounts for Directors.

• Prepare official documentation to government agencies for claim submission.

• Any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting with ACCA certification or equivalent.

• Preferably experience in F&B industry.

• Prior experience in managing full set of accounts and voluminous transactions.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting terms and language.

• Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills.
