Being a core member of the team consisting of executives and patient service associates

1. Invoice Processing. Responsible for accurately processing incoming invoices from vendors, ensuring they are properly coded, approved, and entered into the accounting system in a timely manner. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for providing support to the Procurement Team and reports to the Global Procurement Director.

This role will be managing procurement activities for our USA office which will require some flexible working hours as the operations and vendors are based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

To coordinate stem cell donations from unrelated donors and ensure donor safety in the entire donation process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the coordination of pre-testing for bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cell donations, including but not limited to, scheduling blood tests, packing blood kits and liaising with international stem cell registries

The key role and responsibilities include:

• Assist the BD Operations Manager in developing, maintaining, and overseeing the policies and procedures governing research in A*SRL/SRIS
• Support the BD Director to improve the general administration of BD through close coordination and collaboration with other internal stakeholders
