As part of the Client Servicing team, you play a central and pivotal role in the business, and operations of your accounts. As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and communicating clearly to all who are involved. You will also be involved in new business pitches, where required. You will work closely with the Group Account Director and Senior Account Manager, supporting them to plan, oversee and execute multi-channel campaigns for various clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise between key stakeholders, both internally and externally, for all requests and day-to-day handling of clients and campaigns.
• Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as required.
• Support team leads to help Clients identify their advertising requirements, develop detailed and accurate briefs and timelines to creative/content and media teams, and/or partners/vendors.
• Work with agency teams – creative/content, production, marketing – to ensure quality of required deliverables before delivery to clients.
• Support in preparation of client presentations, proposals and reports.
• Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes/contact reports.
• Undertake administration tasks such as arrangement of meetings, handling and management of campaign costs, invoices to clients and partners/vendors etc.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Support the New Business Director in pitches and new accounts where required.
