Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Oversee the administrative functions within Nursing Services, providing support to ensure efficient operations.
• Training Coordination: Plan, organize, and facilitate nursing training programs, ensuring all necessary logistics, materials, and tools are in place.
• Meeting and Forum Management: Arrange nursing forums, meetings, and other relevant activities, including preparing meeting agendas and recording meeting minutes.

• Course Registration and Nomination: Manage the nomination and registration process for ad-hoc and external courses, ensuring accurate records.
• Training Utilization Monitoring: Track the utilization of training slots for nursing programs and monitor attendance.
• Post-Course Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback from course evaluations, preparing summary reports for Nurse Educators.
• Skill Laboratory Management: Oversee the booking and cleanliness of the Skill Laboratory, ensuring that inventory is maintained, and equipment is functional.
• Continuing Education: Collate and enter Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) points for nurses on the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) website.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Education Team.

Requirements:

• Min. Higher Nitec/Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Min. 2-3 yrs of admin & secretarial experience
