Job Description:

• Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services
• Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution.
• Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
• Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners to improve customer experience
• Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels.
• Perform after- call administration work
• Use customer service and sales skills to optimise customer satisfaction of each customer contact
• Maximise opportunities to deepen customer relationship via upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services

Job Requirement:

• Previous customer service experience in Call Centre have added an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in fast pace environment
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Able to commit to 24/7 rotating shift work, needs to be comfortable working night shift
• Will be required to work 5 days in a week, including weekends and public holidays
• Permanent opportunities will be possible as well

• Assist the team in handling the company’s day-to-day financial transactions, including but not limited to invoice verification and bill processing,.
• Perform data entry and organize relevant financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related
• 1 to 3 years experience in handling or assisting in full set Accounts, Cashflow, Tax computation, Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Basic knowlege of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin speaking to work with chinese boss & associates
• 5 days Hybrid work (4 days office + 1 day work from home)
• Working location at Amoy Street
• Salary up to $5000
