• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Scope

· Responsible for accounts receivable/payable

· ⁠Monitoring AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable

· Assisting in monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation

· ⁠Performing quarterly GST reconciliation and submission

· Handling inter-company billing and settlements

· Handling company full-set of accounts

· ⁠Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditor

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

· Must have experience and able to handle full set of accounts.

· N/O Level/ Nitec/ Dip/Degree all ok

· Able to commence immediately, no long holiday

· Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience

· SAP B1 knowledge preferred
