The Manager, Managed Services Client Delivery is a management role, primarily responsible for managing a team of Managed Services Client Delivery Specialists.

This role supports the business and protect the company’s reputation by taking responsibility for overall contract management for local, small and low to medium complexity client contracts.

The Manager, Managed Services Client Delivery is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery and contract profitability for their assigned client contracts. These clients require service delivery that are complex by nature and are typically across multiple sites and/or service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements and other contracts.
• Oversees the day-to-day delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Works closely with cross functional teams to identify methods or purchase and procurement, establishing evaluation criteria, evaluating alternative options and assisting with the decision to select the most appropriate vendor/supplier.

• Continuously monitors service performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Develops and maintains reporting mechanisms to track service delivery KPIs, and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Contributes to pre-sales processes by providing information, determining the effort required to deliver and generally providing advice on the most optimal way to approach the client or filter out what is not relevant to the client.
• Collaborates and engages with a variety of stakeholders, including the Review Boards and Steering Committees to ensure the delivery of services against the agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Drives service delivery excellence by motivating the team members and inspiring outstanding performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Negotiates and resolves contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual obligations.
  Partners with the organization to attract the right talent and ensure that the team is staffed according to requirements and that all team members are fully utilized.
• Leads and mentors a team of delivery managers, service coordinators, and support staff to ensure they meet their goals and deliver exceptional client service.

Discovering the role

Oversee and execute projects from initial design through to commissioning and operation, covering both existing and future security systems. Ensure the effective identification and implementation of controls and security measures to safeguard client assets and maintain robust security protocols. Lead project implementation and management for all client projects across the APAC region.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution (APAC).
• Reviewing consultant's design of integrated security systems (CCTV, Electronic Access Control, Intruder Detection and Alarm systems).
• Manage the installation of integrated security systems to relevant standards and building codes from small-scale deployments to complex projects.
• Develop and manage the comprehensive project plan, including scope definition, work breakdown schedules, resource allocation, and detailed timelines to support project delivery timelines.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or issues, to ensure project success.
• Manage stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships.
• Establish and maintain security systems costs plans and budgets, tracking costs and proactively identifying areas for optimization.
• Conduct and manage the commissioning of security systems and witness testing, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Manage installation and configuration of video management systems and the integration with building management systems.
• Perform on site-security performance assessments to identify security systems vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain security systems documentation, including specifications, installation plans, operations & maintenance manuals.
• Perform security penetration testing, audits and present and propose improvement.
• Execute any other roles as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience in project management related to security systems design or security consultancy.
• Experience with the Security By Design process or prior experience as a Competent Person with CPS.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects within budget and strict timelines, with a proven track record of effective project delivery.
• Deep understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Security-related certifications or accreditations such as PSP, CPP, or CP (Security) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with or experience in Security-by-Design processes under the Infrastructure Protection Act is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with proven ability to manage on-site installation teams effectively.
