The Logistics Manager is responsible for a team of drivers to transport our Company’s products, and warehouse assistants handling the warehouse operations efficiently and safely. Reporting to the COO, his/her duties include:
• overseeing the morale and training of the drivers and warehouse assistants
• control logistics work processes for better efficiency
• manage logistics administrations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all drivers’ and warehouse assistants’ welfare and professional training.
• Ensure drivers’ and warehouse assistants’ adherence to the Company’s logistics SOPs, as well as all respective field of regulations.
• Manage the administration of all equipment under his/her charge.
• Establish efficient transportation routes and schedules.
• Establish efficient warehousing workflows and processes.
• Recommend/advise in the purchase/scrap of vehicles/equipment to improve/streamline equipment fleet.
• Establish/enhance logistics reports.
• Ensure all logistics equipment and vehicles are in good and serviceable condition.
• Oversee the arrangements in the event of breakdown, accident, or scheduled inspections, non-delivery, and no show of drivers.
• Manage all customer complaints related to logistics – delivery and warehouse.

• Knowledge of best industry practices in transportation and warehousing.
• Understands Fleet Management Systems and Warehousing Management Systems.
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Logistics Management or related field.
• Previous relevant working experience in a similar industry.
• Possess relevant commercial driver’s license.
