Visa is looking for a talented individual that bring understanding of UI/UX design, Solution Architecture to capture the voice of the customer into the design and guide the development for new payment flows. You will have direct responsibility on Program Management for both Globally and Regionally built products and support the roll out of this from pilot to general availability.

As a natural collaborator, you will develop a network of key cross functional stakeholders across the region including various product teams, sales, client support and work directly with clients and implementation partners to expand the usage of Visa’s Commercial Capabilities. • Develop and maintain multiple program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of program objectives independently.

• Market Analysis: conduct thorough market research to understand the target country's demographics, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior based on the Sales/ BD teams strategy

SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Planning Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan and correlating expenditure budgets annually
• Regularly define and identify most effective communication channels to promote existing products and services
• Develop advertising opportunities (e.g. through specialist publications, radio or other media)

Creating Marketing Content

• Design and development of marketing materials (including overseeing photoshoots), as well as write copy for use across marketing channels such as collateral, social media, and direct marketing emails (EDM)
• Manage digital marketing and social media activity across the various social media platforms, including the development of content and analysis of reach and conversion

Driving Brand Partnerships

• Cultivate relationships with potential marketing partners, as well as explore new target markets and marketing avenues

Brand Management & Awareness

• Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brands
