Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient running of warehouses, logistics, and distribution. Optimize storage, transportation, and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Recruit, train, and manage regional team members. Provide guidance and support to boost morale and job satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators. Identify and resolve operational issues, and implement performance improvement plans to achieve goals.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Maintain strong client relationships to meet their needs promptly.
• Oversee inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Establish and control regional budgets. Conduct cost analysis and ensure financial report accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure operations comply with local regulations and company policies. Conduct necessary compliance checks and manage safety and environmental standards.
• Lead and coordinate regional projects, ensuring timely completion and desired outcomes. Manage project budgets and resources.
• Report operational status, including performance data and improvement plans, to senior management. Ensure effective communication with other departments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in team building, corporate management, employee training, and performance management.
• Strong team and project management skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and make effective decisions.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with employees and understanding company goals for strategic planning.
• Cross-cultural communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the local market.
• Willingness and ability for continuous learning to enhance regional development.
• Proficient in computer and office software applications; familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
