Reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Partnerships, the role is responsible for driving and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns; and growing sustainable income generation. This role requires a strong, innovative, charismatic personality with natural networking skills and the ability to build successful lasting relationships. You will be expected to:

• To meet Fundraising targets by looking for opportunities to reach and attract potential donors and assist in all marketing and fundraising activities.
• To deliver an effective fundraising pitch to seek out potential new donors, solicit new corporations via networking or cold calling.
• Assist to develop and implement a Major Donor Strategy and Individual Donor Strategy to increase fundraising income year on year including regular and legacy giving.
• Research, cultivate and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships and approach trusts, government agencies and other bodies that could potentially make grants to the association.
• To manage grant application process and ensure that reporting is tracked and meets donors’ expectations.
• Make recommendations regarding new events and campaigns (online or physical) while always monitoring results and viability of existing activities.
