He shall be aware of his individual OH&S obligations by ensuring that he is adequately equipped with appropriate safety gears, by observing closely to all safety rules / regulations / procedures at site and by attending all relevant site safety trainings.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from local Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
2. Minimum eight (8) years of M&E work experience as a Resident Technical Officer
3. Conversant in local construction practices, air-conditioning, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary services.

• To report to Housekeeping and the hotel Duty Manager all Sleep Out and Do Not Disturb Rooms as per hotel procedure.
• To ensure sufficient linen and guest supplies for room attendant use on his/her assigned floors.
• To ensure grooming of self and room attendants according to hotel standards.
• To ensure self and room attendants comply the department and hotel rules and regulations.
• To conduct training and retraining for housekeeping attendants as required.
• To comply with the hotel Lost and Found procedures.
• To conduct inventories for guest supplies, equipment, machines and linens as assigned.
• To ensure that all messages from other shifts are noted down and messages for other shifts are conveyed in the log book.
• To ensure that:
• All stores and pantry stations are locked before the end of each shift.
• Fire exit stairs are free of obstacles.
• All work for the shifts is completed and messages followed
• All equipment and supplies are stored and locked securely and housekeeping attendant before the end of the shift tidies the areas.
• To perform any other duties other than these above which are requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Completion of GCE ‘N’ or GCE ‘O’; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in Hotel Rooms Division
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer literacy very helpful
• Knowledge of the Housekeeping operation
• Excellent human relations skills; able to deal positively with challenging situations

• Handle full set of Accounts Payable
• Accruing monthly revenue for selected centers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Proficient in Accounting Software.

Job Responsibilities

• Lobby presence will be a key task. Main duties include greeting and escorting guests patronizing our hotel
• Monitor expected bookings, ensure guests are being welcomed and greeted in an appropriate manner

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform extraction, sample preparation and quantitative analysis of targeted metabolites on fermentation and in-process materials to support development of high value healthy food ingredients with novel functionalities
• Perform chemical screening using targeted and untargeted metabolomics experiments, LC-MS method development and validation, analysis and interpretation of HRMS data for biomarker discovery and identification
• Coordinate and manage multiple project requests, managing timelines and resources, to streamline the analytical process and ensure timely completion
• Responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant execution of assigned projects, analytical testing and related documentation
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all analytical and laboratory equipment
• Provide technical training on laboratory instrumentation to other laboratory analysts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and future development of analytical capability.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry or related discipline
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in analytical chemistry laboratory
• Technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in HPLC-UV/RID/ELSD, LC-MS/MS (QTOF and QQQ), including sample preparation.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative workflows
• Excellent organizational, project coordination skills, laboratory management and prioritization skills in multiple tasks, meeting strict deadlines.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in various data-processing and statistics software is a plus
