Responsibilities

· Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.

· Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

· Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers

· Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.

· Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.

Skills/Requirement

· Preferably ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition.

ORDER FULFILMENT OFFICER

Customer Service Management

-Responsible for order management in SAP s

-Work closely with customer’s representatives to ensure service satisfaction.

Procurement Management

-Responsible for procurement management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order and goods receipt/issue etc.

-Material and supplier master management in SAP.

-Invoice management including resolution of invoice discrepancies with suppliers.

Logistics Management

· Plan shipments in collaboration with sales team and logistics providers

· Liaise with logistics providers to ensure on time inbound and outbound deliveries.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent with min 2 years related experiences
• Good working knowledge and pleasant personality.

Location: Near to Jurong East

Salary: Up to $4000 + AWS + VB
