About This Role:-

The CRO is a senior executive responsible for the effective independent oversight of AsiaNext Exchange’s risks, under the direction of the Board of Directors. The CRO’s primary responsibility is to develop and implement a risk management framework with appropriate tools for the measurement, reporting and control of AsiaNext’s financial and non-financial risks. The CRO, with input from the CEO and management, will develop a risk appetite framework (as per the Board’s stated risk tolerance) expressed in a limit structure for all Exchange services. • As Head of exchange-wide risk management, the CRO will be responsible for the overall risk management framework and practices at the Exchange. • Perform technical verification checks on customers deposit accounts against Bank’s operating systems
• Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries into various systems
• Update reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Handle internal/external enquiries
• Trigger notification to inform customer on the application status
• Exceptional handling on cases unable to be processed by robotic tool
• Conduct root cause analysis and engage Support team to resolve robotics’ tool issues
• Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager

Requirement

• Min. 2 year of experience in financial institutions, with deposits knowledge would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft office 365 i.e. Excel
• Ability to multi-tasking and manage different activities
• Good team player

JOB SUMMARY

18. Cash/Bank Handling

· Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and
policies.

· Follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures (e.g., blind drops).

· Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any
discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.

· Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies, obtaining change required for expected business level, and keeping bank secure at all times.

· Transport bank to/from assigned workstation, following security procedures.

· Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and
resource materials; and maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times.

19. To ensure and follow established procedures and compliance as per LSOP guidelines.

20. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
