Responsibility

The candidate will provide operational middle and back-office support including daily fund operations, trade settlement and business-related needs. Onboarding on January 2025

The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site at the three primary locations, and
may need to make ad hoc trips to other camps as part of work requirements. The scope of work for the
team, but not limited to, is as follows:

• To manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations.
• Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.
• To administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse.
• To conduct cyclical stocktake for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.
• To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters.
• To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
• To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Business Management or A-Level/ITE Certificate with relevant logistics experience
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel)

Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations)
Salary: $2600 -$2800

8-10 Weeks of lead time before starting work ---> Pre-Employment Administration
Duration: 5 years contract (renewable)
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)

What the Job involves:

1. Liaise with both internal & external customers and suppliers

2. Monthly Customer Management Report

3.Generate monthly billing cycle within the month end closing period

4.WMS and customer system adminstration

5. Any other duties as assign from time to time

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. Min 'O' level

2. Computer literacy

3. 1 year experiece

4. Microsoft office including Excel, Email

5. Competent in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Job Description:

• Oversees the smooth functioning and operation of the clinics
• Manage clinic appointment, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
• Ensure guidelines and procedures related to clinic service are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times
• Assist staff in dealing with different situations
• Working with front-counter staff to continually improve patient experience and communications
• Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration/ Business Management or equivalent
