• Comparing freight charges from different forwarders for all import shipments.
• Responsible for coordinating shipments with suppliers locally and overseas to warehouse
• Liaison with Finance, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity
• Plan weekly import shipments schedule for warehouse.
• Handling day to day paperwork to ensure smooth flow of goods deliveries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team andperform structural analyses activities for the loadout, transportation and installation of offshore platforms (jacket, topside) for our various clients (EPIC Contractors, Offshore Installation Contractors, Oil Majors). The ideal candidate will be proficient in using SACS as well as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software and possess a solid understanding of relevant design codes and class regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Integrity Studies: Perform structural integrity studies for offshore structures during pre-service, ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards.
• Transportation Engineering: Design grillage and seafastening design, including barge underdeck strength checks, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Installation Engineering: Conduct lifting analyses, rigging calculations, lifting point local checks, barge outfitting design, piles driveability assessments, and miscellaneous installation aids design.
• Coordination: Work closely with draftsmen to prepare accurate engineering drawings and specifications.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed engineering reports and follow up on client and class comments to ensure compliance and project alignment.
• Structural Verification: Perform Finite Element structural verifications for a range of structures, from simple steel assemblies to complex mechanical systems, including nonlinear behavior analysis (contacts, pre-stressed elements, etc.).
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide updates on project status.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering activities adhere to company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or General Engineering from a reputable university. A post-graduate degree or additional qualifications are advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on offshore and subsea structures.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as SACS, STAAD PRO and Finite Element Software ANSYS/ABAQUS/ISYMOST/NSO
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

About the role:

• Familiarization of ASME / API Codes & Standards, DNV Rules
• Proven experience of providing solutions on NDT inspection related problems
• Responsible for company NDT management and controls
• Responsible for trouble shot problems related to NDT
• Provide internal training technical guidance to QC Inspectors
• Develop/Review/approve NDT procedures, NDT techniques complying with project/code/regulatory requirements. Review NDT procedures prepared by NDT sub-contractor as per project specification prior to submitting for client approval
• Monitor the performance of NDT personnel through system of review of qualification, competency assessment, Cross checks and reports review
• Risk assessment of NDT works and lead the risk assessment process of NDT in the yard
• Prepare and conduct Project Specific Inductions/workshops/tool/box talk about NDT requirements
• Co-ordinate with NDT contractors to develop and update their individual competency matrix
• Maintain all NDT personnel qualification records and update from time to time.
• Keep a copy of all NDT contractors’ certificates
• Review NDT operator qualification and submit for project approval
• Establish calibration and validation blocks required to demonstrate Ultrasonic Testing
• Perform Audit on NDT contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Witness & provide technical guidance on standard PAUT validations
• Provide technical support for inspection auditing activities and provide effective audit programming for companywide NDT activities
• Reviewing and commenting on standards, specifications, and enquiries
• Work as part of a team to ensure all regulatory, quality and customer requirements are met
• Verify NDT reports for project requirements compliance
• Creative problem solving - able to suggest and develop new methods and ways of working

About you:

• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including marine, mechanical, and project engineers, to ensure integrated project execution.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct peer reviews of engineering deliverables to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Client and Surveyor Interaction: Coordinate with Clients and Marine Warranty Surveyors to achieve deliverables approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Tender and Bids Preparation: Prepare tender and bid studies, including fleet suitability checks, basic procedures, MTO estimations and installation method statements.
• Operational Support: Provide support during yard loadout and offshore operations as required by clients, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
• Business Unit Support: Assist the Business Unit Manager as needed, contributing to strategic planning and project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on offshore platforms and jacket structures.
• Strong understanding of offshore engineering principles, including seafastening and transportation design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Prepare and conduct Project Specific Quality requirements training to production Supervisors and sub-contractors QC Personnel.
• Establishing Work Procedures and Instructions.
• Act as Project Lead QA/QC and control the entire project Quality Assurance and Control activities during construction phase.
• Oversees the Inspector’s performance on the project towards monitoring and control of workmanship towards quality.

About you:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 6 years QA/QC experience in Marine shipyard
• Mandatory of Welding Inspectors certifications (AWS or CSWIP).
• With Lead Auditor certificate is preferred
• Experience with TOPside piping fabrication or TOPside module fabrication, welding inspections of structural, welding jobs including Non-Destructive testing.
• Experience in piping line walk, reinstatement inspections by clear understanding of Isometric drawings.

This role is responsible to provide support in migrating, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting and administering the EAI Platforms (e.g. file transfer, API gateway) in non-Production and Production environments on AWS. Responsibilities

We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:

· Manage and track day to day progress of projects being assigned

· Perform project/application assessments and evaluation

· Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts
