As part of our efforts to change and unify the way Castlery collaborates as an organisation, we are currently looking for a Senior System Engineer to join us in helping to develop our Netsuite ERP system which will serve multiple departments (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.). Your job responsibilities as our System Engineer are as per below.

• Work with technology teams to develop well-integrated and high-performance solutions.
• Bring latest product features to the systems and advise the most appropriate uses of them.
• Work with our development teams to create new features in NetSuite and integrating with our other ERP software.
• Constantly improve processes and systems to drive efficient workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support to system users.
• Create and maintain documentations for both business and technical details.
• Be the ‘Go-To’ expert and drive workplace productivity in Castlery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 3~5 Years' of experience with NetSuite Developer tools and/or working experience as a System Engineer, Software Engineer, Product Engineer or its equivalent.
• Strong command of JavaScript & SQL.
• Good knowledge of REST services and API design.
• Passion and curiosity for solving challenging problems by leveraging on the right technology.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform on-prem and cloud system management in Microsoft, Virtual (VMWare or Hyper-V), Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure such as Exchange Online,SharePoint, Teams, etc
• Participate in design, system set-up and configuration, implementation and deployment of new server and Azure/AWS Cloud Technologies
• Maintains hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols.
• Administers cybersecurity policies to control physical and virtual access to systems.
• Performs network security audits and testing and evaluates system security configurations to ensure efficacy and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintaining and supporting ISO/IEC27001 activities
• Responds to cybersecurity breaches, identifies intrusions and isolates, blocks and removes unauthorized access.

Requirements / Qualification

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Experience in leveraging industry standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001
• Hands-on experience on administrating Microsoft 365 cloud technologies such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune
• Hand-on experience with implementing and configuring Azure/AWS cloud technologies such as virtual machines, application services, load balancer, SQL Managed Instance, site to site VPN, storage solutions, network, security, logging and monitoring
• Working knowledge in one or more security and privacy domains such as: security governance policies and procedures, risk management, compliance, access control, network

Responsibilities

As a System/ Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

System And Network,

Able to configure CISCO, Fortinet, Juniper, Firewall & Antivirus, and other security software.

Experience with CISCO core switches, Access Points (Wireless) such as Aironet / Meraki / HP Aruba is a plus.

Familiarize with CISCO Network LAN & WAN design.

Pre-sales to Point to Point and Client VPN.

Setup and perform troubleshooting with network technical skills, including CISCO Routers, CISCO Switches, wireless devices, Fortinet Firewalls, Load Balancers, and system management tools like Network Analysis.

Install WINDOWS Server O/S, WIN 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Platform for Servers, and PCs with hands-on experience in setup and configuration.

Knowledge of setup/configure VMWare, Exchange Server, SQL, and Virtual Server, along with hardware configuration experience (Server, external backup, UPS) in FAS System, HPE Storage, Synology NAL, etc.

Job Description

Rack/stack IT Equipment.

Installation/configuration of various OS (Windows, Linux, Vmware).

Work closely with Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones.

Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.

Assist in day-to-day operation of the System Delivery team.

Carry out other technical related duties that may be required.

Design and implement LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

Configure and Network security appliances such as firewalls, routers, and switches.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

Able to configure/design and provide consultation for Cisco Switches, Router and Fortigate Firewall

3 – 10 years of relevant experience in server implementation / operation / administration for Vmware / Storage / Redhat / Windows.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Possess initiative with positive working attitudes

Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work after office hours/weekend for systems preventive maintenance
