Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SOC Team Lead located in Singapore. As a SOC Team Lead, you will be responsible to:

• Plan monthly duty roster for site team.

Job Description:

• Solution Enablement - Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Salesforce techno functional knowledge - about 2 yearsb experience
• Knowledge about Telco Enterprise B2B ordering and fulfilment journeys
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge about Telco fixed line connectivity products (e.g. Ethernet, VPN, Optical Fibre connectivity etc.)
• Functional knowledge about Telco Order Management Systems capabilities.
• Experience of business process design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• UI/UX wireframe design skills
